Over the summer, I am running Pop Up Pilates sessions suitable for all fitness levels.

This is the perfect opportunity to dip your toe into Pilates if you have never tried it, or to keep you in touch with your Pilates practice over the summer months. 

Each class will be 1 hour and will be for a MAXIMUM of 10 people. I keep my classes small so that I can ensure everyone gets the attention (and space!) they need. Get booking in now so you don't miss out! Book here

Classes can either be booked PAYG or can be redeemed against any current blocks. All blocks will be extended until our regular schedule resumes from September 11th to allow you to use any remaining credits
