If you are with Bupa you will need to fill in your Bupa details in this form

Other insurance companies including Vitality and WPA allow you to book, pay and claim back for your session. We provide an invoice with all our registration and professional details to allow you to do this easily. If you need any other details, please just let us know. You can book your appointment here

Unfortunately we no longer work with AXA PPP or AVIVA health insurance as they do not cover our costs
