Online classes became a lifeline for many, maintaining our body during the coronavirus pandemic. For lots of people it actually works out more convenient and a great way to access classes. You don't need to get anywhere, find parking or babysitters and you can do it all from the comfort of your own home. The added bonus with our online classes is that each session is recorded so you can access the class afterwards and either do the class again or, if you haven't made the class live, you can do it in your own time.

We offer different types of online classes to suit you.


1 Hour Classes 

Mixed Pilates - These classes incorporate all elements of Pilates fitness including balance, posture, control, strength and flexibility. There are options to make the movements either more supportive or more challenging. 

30 Minute Classes

Express Pilates - a class that incorporates the whole body but will focus on one area each time from balance to posture and lower body strength to flexibility.

On Demand Library
