Cancellation Policy

Because I’m a small business, each appointment is time I set aside just for you. When cancellations happen last‑minute, it’s really hard for me to fill the slot, and it affects my income.

Physiotherapy Appointments

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations are charged the full appointment unless I am able to fill your timeslot. I really appreciate your understanding — it helps me keep things running smoothly for everyone. You are asked to agree to this policy before booking in your appointment online. 

 

Pilates Classes

Many of my classes run at capacity and I have waiting lists so again, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
