Our mummies and babies Pilates classes are the perfect way to start to rebuild your strength after your baby.

Pregnancy and childbirth can significantly change how your body works and feels and these classes will help you to restore normal function and movement.

Esther is highly experienced in supporting women through their recovery and is trained in both pelvic floor restoration as well as assessing and treating any abdominal separation or diastasis recti.

Feel confident again and meet other mums as you take the important steps for your recovery.

This course is suitable from 6 weeks postnatally.
