Our Mummies and Babies Pilates classes are the perfect way to start to rebuild your strength after your baby. Pregnancy and childbirth can significantly change how your body works and feels and these classes will help you to restore normal function and movement The body has an incredible capacity to heal, recover and rebuild with the right guidance and support and that is what these classes are for.
I am highly experienced in supporting women through their recovery and I am trained in both pelvic floor restoration as well as assessing and treating any abdominal separation or diastasis recti.
Feel confident again and meet other mums as you take the important steps for your recovery.
The class is all about you as a mum and so although babies are very welcome, they do not participate in the exercises so you are welcome to come without one!
These classes are suitable from 6 weeks postnatally and pre-crawling babies are welcome.
You can attend the course as a whole or book drop in sessions to suit you.
All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
