Initial assessment and treatment | £65

A 45-minute consultation which includes a discussion of the symptoms, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and treatment implementation.

 

Follow up treatment | £50

A 30-minute consultation which includes reassessment from the previous session and further treatment.

Postnatal Assessment | £75

A 1-hour session to fully assess your body after childbirth. This includes a discussion around your recovery thus far and your goals plus any issues you may have. We will then perform a physical assessment of your abdominal tissue, pelvic floor activation and general movement, strength and any specific issues. We will discuss treatment and you'll receive a personalised programme to help your postnatal recovery and rebuild your body.

1:1 Pilates | £65

A 45-minute Pilates session with one of our experienced Physiotherapists.​

Home visits | £65
