We offer the following appointments:
Initial assessment and treatment | £60
A 45-minute consultation which includes a discussion of the symptoms, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and treatment implementation.
Follow up treatment | £50
A 30-minute consultation which includes reassessment from the previous session and further treatment.
Postnatal Assessment (at clinic or virtual) | £65
A 1-hour session to fully assess your body after childbirth. This includes a pelvic floor and core assessment checking for diastasis recti and pelvic floor activation, amongst other things. You'll receive a personalised programme to rectify any issues and to help your postnatal recovery.
1:1 Pilates (at clinic or virtual) | £60
A 45-minute Pilates session with one of our experienced Physiotherapists.
Virtual appointment (Initial and Follow up) | £50
A 30-minute virtual consultation which includes a discussion of the symptoms, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and treatment implementation. Any follow up consultations include reassessment from the previous session and further treatment.
Extended treatment | £60
If multiple conditions need to be treated, this 45-minute consultation allows for extra time and includes a discussion of the symptoms, physical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and treatment implementation. Please email us to book.
Home visits | £65

Booking & Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations notice must be given 24 hours in advance or a £20 late cancellation fee will incur.
Non-attendance of appointments without prior notice will incur the full appointment cost.
Most of our treatment rooms are situated downstairs. If you need a room at ground level please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange this for you.
If this is your first appointment...
You will need to fill out a New Patient Form prior to your first appointment with us. It saves us time on the day and we can use your appointment time fully. You can download a copy here. Please send us a completed form before your appointment (or you can bring a copy with you).
