Pilates is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their posture, strength, control, balance and flexibility. It is perfect for underpinning other exercise types preventing niggles and injuries and helping you move well and feel good. I offer options on manking movements more challenging or more supportive to suit you. If you have other ongoing health conditions or pain/injury, then this class is still likely to be suitable for you. Feel free to contact me with any queries before booking here

What do I need?

Wear clothing that is comfortable to move freely in. It does not have to be lycra!

Bring a bottle of water and a towel for your comfort. I provide mates and equipment but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid losing any class credit or monies paid. Some of our classes can be very busy and this gives us the time to offer the space to someone else as we do often run a waiting list.

You can either buy a block of 6 classes (must be used within 9 weeks) or book in classes pay as you go
