Monday 

9:30 - 10:25am PILATES FIT - suitable for all fitness levels. This class will work your body from head to toe gently improving core strength, balance, posture, flexibility and movement patterns.

10:45 - 11:30am POSTNATAL PILATES - suitable for new mums from 6 weeks until whenever you are ready! Everyone heals and recovers differently so come when you are ready, even if your baby is no longer a baby. A class designed to regain pelvic floor function, gently strengthen your abdominals and restore confidence and comfort in moving your body. A great first step along your journey to full recovery. There's always time for a cuppa and a chat after class too and pre-crawling babies are welcome to join (but not necessary!) find out more and book in here

Friday

9:30 - 10:25am PILATES FIT - suitable for all fitness levels. This class will work your body from head to toe gently improving core strength, balance, posture, flexibility and movement patterns.

10:30 - 11:25am CLINCAL PILATES - a more gentle and supported approach to movement specifically gear to those with or recovering from pain, injury and dysfunction.
