A 1:1 Pilates session can make all the difference for your Pilates practice. Doing each movement under close observation, with hands-on corrections will make what you are doing more effective and you can really feel the difference. There are so many ways that the body can take shortcuts and cheat and often we don't realise we're doing this and it can take an expert eye to help.


A 1:1 session is for you if....

- You feel that you are not making progress with your Pilates practice

- You want to make sure you are doing things correctly

- You want to have exercises tailored specifically to you

- You have a specific issue you would like to resolve

- You feel nervous of going straight into a class


During a 1:1 Pilates session, Esther will discuss where you are at and any problems you may have. Then she can see, correct and progress what you are doing making sure that you are working to your best potential. She can tailor each session to help you work on any weak or problem areas, some of which you may not even be aware of!

Some of the feedback we have received from clients that have had 1:1 sessions is that is has changed the way they work and they feel more confident in what they are doing. They have had a "light bulb" moment where things suddenly made sense and the exercises are now much more challenging because they are doing them correctly and with more precision.

Some people continue with 1:1 sessions on a regular basis or others take what they have learned back into their classes.

Availability & Location Details


1:1 Pilates sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our clinic or 5 days a week online. Sessions cost £60 and are 45 minutes long.
