Service Description
Each 45 minute class is designed to support your journey to health, strength and confidence after pregnancy and childbirth. Exercises that gently yet effectively rebuild your foundational core muscles are gradually progressed to allow you to feel confident to laugh, lift, bend, run and jump again. Classes are every Monday at 11am Alongside the classes there is online content to further your recovery including classes you can take from home plus loads of advice and support. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to the classes but are not necessary! You’re welcome to stay afterwards for a cuppa and a chat.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all Pilates classes must be given at least 24 hours notice. This allows me enough time to offer the space to someone else. Class sizes are limited and I sometimes run a waiting list. You can then reschedule your class booking for another time. For online classes: Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content.
