PELVIC FLOOR REBUILD COURSE

This course is designed to help you rebuild and strengthen your pelvic floor after childbirth. It is appropriate from when you feel ready post delivery to years and years afterwards. You can ALWAYS build strength and function into muscles no matter how long it has been! The course is taught by Esther and is pre-recorded so that you can access the material and work through it at your convenience.
What will this course do for me?
SHORT YET EFFECTIVE EXERCISE ROUTINES
Each exercise is designed to support your pelvic floor recovery and vary from 8-15 minutes each.
Included are several learning sections to help you understand how the pelvic floor works, what you should and shouldn’t feel and how to know you're doing it correctly.
STRENGTH, ENDURANCE + FUNCTION
We will build up the strength, endurance and function of the pelvic floor to prevent leaking, pain and dysfunction.
You will receive lifetime access to all the course material so that you can repeat the routines regularly - as and when needed.
FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT + ABLE
This course will support and guide you to get you back to feeling strong, confident and able in your everyday life.
