This course was created for mums of older children who have realised they neglected their own recovery and are now ready to start on that journey. This is a completely immersive and personalized 12-week course to help you regain strength, confidence and well-being without a restrictive diet or hours in the gym. You will also work on rebuilding your body after childbirth, whether it’s been 6 weeks or 16 years since you had your baby!  If you’re leaking or wearing pads to get through the day, suffering from back pain or struggling to manage physically following the birth of your children then this is the course for you!
