This is a 12-week course to help mums regain strength, confidence and well-being without a restrictive diet or hours in the gym. You will also work on rebuilding your body after childbirth, whether it’s been 6 weeks or 16 years since you had your baby! If you’re leaking or wearing pads to get through the day, suffering from back pain or struggling to manage physically following the birth of your children then this is the course for you!
