Service Description

Each class is suitable for all fitness levels and will gently work your body from head to toe rebuild strength from your foundations. It's all low impact and slow paced but will improve how your body moves, feels and supports itself enabling you to do all you need to do with greater ease. Whether you're looking to be able to run, lift weights, play sport, sit at a desk, go for a walk or anything else in between, Pilates will support your body to do it better

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a Pilates class please give at least 24 hours notice. You can then reschedule your class booking for another time. This allows me enough time to offer the space to someone else as class sizes are limited and we sometimes run a waitlist. For online classes: Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content.
