Post natal pilates

Hi. I want to start the post natal Pilates classes. Is it okay to join these as I have not done Pilates before or do I need a beginner's class?

Not live but I am currently setting up a program for mums which incorporates a few classes a week at various times if this would suit you? I will also be recording the sessions and they’ll be available for you to view if you can’t make the session live. I do have that option currently if you’d be interested?
