TYPES OF TREATMENT
Physiotherapy
MANUAL THERAPY

We use different techniques to increase blood flow to damaged tissues and loosen tight structures. This involves muscular massage, joint manipulation and passive stretches.

Child Physiotherapy
TAPING

Taping techniques can be used to offload weakened or injured structures or to stimulate particular muscles and support posture. Both rigid and elasticated tape are used.

Acupuncture
ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture is used to treat causes of pain and muscle spasm. This can be an effective treatment for chronic pain, headaches, tennis elbow, nerve pain and much more.

Physiotherapy Session
EXERCISE

Exercises are an important part of physical recovery for almost all pain and injury. Exercises are used to maintain strength and mobility whilst injured, to rehabilitate post injury and to correct underlying biomechanical dysfunctions.
