Pilates Fit

My Pilates Fit classes are suitable for all fitness levels, but particularly great for those with either a foundational knowledge and practice of Pilates or those who exercise already. The classes will include some core strengthening, posture work, flexibility, balance and whole body conditioning whilst still being gentle, low impact and accessible. These classes will underpin all you do in the rest of your day whether that is cycling, sitting at a desk, weight lifting, playing a sport or walking.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is particularly suited to those recovering from or living with pain, and restriction. This class is a little slower, gentler and more focused.

Postnatal Pilates

These classes are suitable for anyone who has recently had a baby and is looking to recover their foundation strength and support. It is particularly focused on pelvic floor recruitment, abdominal retraining and is run as a course to allow you to progress the exercises. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend but are not necessary. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal whenever you feel ready.

Express Pilates (online only)

This is a shorter, slightly more intense class which usually will focus on one particular area of Pilates such as core strength, posture, the lower body, balance, stretch or strength. Each class is different!
