These classes will take you step by step to rebuild your body after pregnancy and childbirth whether its been 6 weeks or 16 years. We will restore pelvic floor function, rebuild your abdominal muscles safely and effectively, help to heal any diastasis recti and rebuild your posture, mobility and strength throughout the body. Each session is recorded and will be available for you to watch back and re-do forever, so if life gets in the way and you can't make the live session, you will not miss out! There is one live class per week plus one pre-recorded class sent to you weekly. There is also some extra information on how the body heals. Topics include pelvic floor recovery, abdominal recovery, posture and control and returning to sports and exercise. Numbers are limited to just 10 participants offer maximum support and personalisation of the classes. Each class has a different focus and will offer more supported options as well as options to challenge you further and get you back to feeling strong and confident in your body once more.
Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content. If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit: ONLINE and IN PERSON classes must be cancelled within 24 hours This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds.
