Service Description
This class is suitable for anyone who is comfortable coming to a class in person. Please bring your own mat and bands where possible but I do have some available which will be cleaned after each class. Numbers are limited to 8 MAX

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a Pilates class please give at least 24 hours notice. You can then reschedule your class booking for another time. This allows me enough time to offer the space to someone else as class sizes are limited and we sometimes run a waitlist. This makes my business continue to be viable. For online classes: Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content.
