Suitable for those with some experience of Pilates, a general level of fitness and with no acute pain or injury A controlled, focused class to build up your body movement, flexibility and strength in a way that is efficient, effective and functional. We will further challenge your balance, improve your posture, build muscle activation, control and endurance. We incorporate all the principles of Pilates to underpin all you need your body to do for you. Whether you want to improve your running technique and minimise strain and injury or be able to sit comfortably at your desk with great posture, or lift and manoeuvre small children (plus their heavy equipment) or do a HIIT class knowing that your body is working well, this is the class for you!
Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content. If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit: ONLINE and IN PERSON classes must be cancelled within 24 hours This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds.
