Service Description

This is a class focused primarily on strengthening the pelvic floor and core abdominals and is particularly helpful following childbirth or an episode of back pain or injury, or to reduce pain during exercise and improve sports performance. It will help you move better through your back, feel stronger, more capable and better balanced as you move.

Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content. If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit: ONLINE and IN PERSON classes must be cancelled within 24 hours This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds.
