Service Description

These classes are designed to be gentle enough for those either recovering from an injury or with underlying health conditions. Led by a Physiotherapist, these sessions are going to help reduce your pain safely and effectively and rebuild your body. Each class will target each area of the body gently restoring movement and strength rebuilding confidence in your body.

Cancellation Policy

Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content. If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit: ONLINE and IN PERSON classes must be cancelled within 24 hours This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds.
