Service Description

This class is suitable for anyone who is comfortable coming to a class in person. Please bring your own mat and bands where possible but I do have some available which will be cleaned after each class. Numbers are limited to 8 MAX

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit all face to face classes must be cancelled and/or rescheduled within 24 hours. This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds on classes booked within 24 hours of the start time For online classes: Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content.
