Service Description

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is exercise designed to make you work hard, sweat, build muscle fast, burn fat effectively and increase fitness dramatically. It is suitable to anyone that has some baseline fitness and is fit and well. It is not suitable for anyone carrying pain or injury or just beginning on their fitness journey. It is fast paced and high impact.

Cancellation Policy

Recordings of classes are sent to each participant so if you don't make the live class, you are still able to access the content. If you need to cancel a Pilates class and to avoid being charged or losing your class credit: ONLINE and IN PERSON classes must be cancelled within 24 hours This allows enough time to offer the space to someone else. We do not offer refunds.
