WE ARE RUNNING LIVE ONLINE CLASSES WITH ZOOM A MEETING AND TEACHING FORUM WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED FOR FREE BY CLICKING THE LINK
In order to participate in our online classes all you need is an internet connection, a free subscription to zoom, a phone/computer/ipad and space.
Once you have booked into a class you will recieve an email 15 minutes before the start of the class with the meeting code for that class.
Ideally you will have a mat and a head support or towel.
You must be over 16 years of age and able to lie comfortably on your back, front, side and be on hands and knees.
Classes will still be run at different levels to suit those with different needs and a full list of the new timetable can be seen here
What to wear
Wear anything that is comfortable and allows you to move freely. Lycra is not necessary!
Exercise takes place in socks, so footwear is unimportant.
You may wish to have a bottle of water for refreshment.
